Abstract

The 2020 Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) including the Tegal City BPS to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with Tegal City BPS data and services.SKD 2020 results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance.This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
